Therianthropy

Prerequisites: Fail a Constitution Save against Therianthropy, 4th Level or higher
As a bonus action, you can shift into a Wolf for up to an hour or your Kindred form for up to 10 minutes. Your Kindred form is a hybrid of your normal form and a wolf. While in your Kindred form:

  • Your creature type is humanoid (shapechanger)
  • Your walking speed increases by 5 feet.
  • You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
  • Your Strength or Dexterity (chosen when you take this feat) score increases by 2.
  • You gain an amount of temporary HP equal to twice your proficiency bonus.
  • Your unarmed strikes deal 1d6 slashing or piercing damage if they originally dealt less.

If you start your turn in your Wolf or Kindred Forms while you have half or less than your maximum HP, you must succeed on a (DC = 8 + PB + CON) Wisdom saving throw or gain the following effects until you succeed on the same save:

  • Your unarmed strikes deal 1d8 slashing or piercing damage.
  • You must move closer to and make an unarmed strike against the closest creature you can see. If you can make more than one attack per action, you must use all attacks.
  • You cannot shapechange.
