ACTIONS

Multiattack. The warden makes two slam attacks and uses its Sonic Boom if available.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.

Sonic Boom (Recharge 6). The warden unleashes a sonic boom in a 100-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that area must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw, taking 26 (4d12) thunder damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The warden can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The warden regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Detect. The warden makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Blinding Pulse (Costs 2 Actions). The warden emits a blinding pulse in a 30-foot radius around itself. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn.

The warden is the most terrifying creature in the Minecraft World, It resides within the abandoned Lost City which is deep underground. Although it is blind, it is very sensitive to sound, which can be pinpointed with the plant-like Skulk which can be found all over its subterranean lair. The warden appears to be a construct of some sort, with screaming souls glowing within its open chest. Very few have ever seen a warden, and even fewer have lived to tell the tale.
