The Utilizer (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
The Utilizer
Prerequisites: Human race, rogue class or ranger, and the ability to cast 1 spell
Upon taking this feat you gain the following benefits:
- Proficiency in 1 skill pertaining to your Charisma, if you are already proficient then you gain expertise with the skill.
- You gain an extra set of arms, these are created magically but cease to be magical after creation. While the arms can resemble any form, color, or style you wish, they give no stat bonuses should they be different than your normal arms. Should Detect Magic or Anti-magic Field attempt to effect the arms it has no reaction and shows no magic.
The arms float off the side of your body, they act as though they are connected directly to you and should they take damage you take damage. If you attack on your bonus action either with a weapon or spell you can ready your reaction to make 1 melee weapon attack or add 1 to your AC. Additionally, your carrying capacity increases by 15 x your strength score lbs.
