The Puppeteer only wants to play, like https://theowlhouse.fandom.com/wiki/The_Collector from The Owl House, he turns people into puppets and animates them to play with him under his control, he lives in the astral plane, abducting people from the material plane, he also sometimes resides in the ethereal plane, and has a small personal space in the astral plane that no-one can access, his physical form looks exactly like the stars, just a mass of whatever stuff is behind him, in other planes, he looks like a mass of space and stars, he is represented as a singular star, he does not interact with other deities, but if he abducts one they like, they might get mad, his clerics can be turned into animated puppets at any time, and he gives the ones he likes a Robe of Stars, so they can visit him, and explode stuff, he can summon a Blade of Disaster at-will, and can use it indefinitely, he can also summon glasswork golems at-will, only up to 5 at a time though, and he basically has slots for them, if he summons 4 and they die, he can summon 1, if he summons 5 and they die, none, 2, he can summon 3, and so on.
