Properties
♦ If you worship Lolth, you can use this weapon as a holy symbol. It adds its enhancement bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls when used in this manner. If you do not worship Lolth, you do not benefit from this weapon's property and cannot use the egg's powers.
♦ Gain a +2 power bonus to damage rolls when you use this orb to attack with a powerthat has the implement and poison keywords. Level 13 or 18: +2 item bonus. Level 23 or 28: +3 item bonus.
Power (Poison) ♦ At-Will (Free Action)
All damage dealt by powers used with this implement is poison damage. Another free action returns the damage to normal.
Power (As power) ♦ Daily (Standard Action)
As the arachnomancer's horde of spiders power. Level 8: As the arachnomancer's sea of arachnida or horde of spiders power. Level 13: As the arachnomancer's deathly swarm, sea of arachnida or horde of spiders power. Level 18: As the arachnomancer's swarm, tide of death, deathly swarm, sea of arachnida or horde of spiders power. Level 23: As the arachnomancer's deadly fountain, swarm, tide of death, deathly swarm, sea of arachnida or horde of spiders power. Level 28: As the arachnomancer's surging death, deadly fountain, swarm, tide of death, deathly swarm, sea of arachnida or horde of spiders power.

The egg of lolth is a potent artifact with a long history. It was once a cursed item which compelled its owner into the abyss, it absorbed much arachane power when it came under the posession of Lolth. Now it is a gateway into the demonweb which can bve used to call spiders to the material plane. The egg of Lolth is a unique implement which, when obtained, is level 3. Increasing it in level is worth the amount of gold pieces shown above, and can be given in place of that amount of treasure.
