Wand, legendary (major) (requires attunement)

This wand has a working clock grafted into the middle of the shaft. When held, it makes the wielder seem to shift and shimmer as though they are both there and not. This wand has 18 charges, and regains 1d8 + 3 charges daily at dawn. While attuned to and wielding the wand, you expend charges to cause one or more of the following effects:

  • As a bonus action, you gain advantage on the next weapon attack you make within 1 minute. (1 charge)
  • Choose a spell with a casting time of 1 action. This turn, it has a casting time of 1 bonus action. (2 charges)
  • As an action, you can use the wand to cast the blur spell. When you cast the spell this way, it does not require concentration. (3 charges)
  • When another creature you can see ends its turn, as a reaction you may rewind the creature's time until the start of its turn. All actions and movement the target took during its turn are considered to have not happened. The target regains all features, spell slots, item charges, or other things they have used, and other creatures regain any loss of hit points caused by the target and are unaffected by whatever other actions the target has taken during their turn. (4 charges)
  • As an action, you may create a time bubble with the wand with a radius of 30 feet at a point you can see within 90 feet of you. Within that bubble, time is significantly slowed for all creatures inside of it. Creatures inside the radius have disadvantage on their attack rolls, saving throws, and ability checks, are unable to take reactions, and their movement speeds are reduced in half. The slowing time bubble requires concentration and lasts for 1 minute or until your concentration is broken, as if with a spell. (9 charges)
