Flyby. The dragon doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.

Evasion. When the dragon is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails

Internal Heat. The dragon has the ability to regulate its body temperature allowing it to be immune to the effects of extreme heat and extreme cold. It can also use this to heat up its surroundings and can get hot enough to boil 1 gallon of water in a minute or freeze about an ice cube tray worth of ice in 15 seconds. This can do 1 fire damage or one cold damage depending on it's current temperature.

Tea Leaf Body. When sitting in any type drinkable of liquid (this means not things like lave, acid, molten metals) it slowly turns it into tea (the type of tea is the dragons choice) made from said liquid. When Use on potions it makes them more potent (extends the time in effect by 5% up to double the regular amount or or adds 5% of its effect up to double for every 2 hours it is in the potion) and easier to hide. When used and a toxic, foul, poisonous, or otherwise harmful reduces its potency(every 10 minutes it is in the liquid it reduces it's duration and damage by 5% until it is at 0%) until it is just tea.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) slashing damage.

Tea Spit. The dragon spits out a glob of really hot or really cold tea at a target it can see within 90 feet of it. The target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 4 (1d8) water damage and 5 (2d4) cold or fire damage.

Tea Spew (Recharge 6). The dragon spews out a wave of really hot or really cold tea in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 16 (4d8) Water damage and 16 (8d4) cold or fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Whether they are helping out their alchemist friend with making their potions stronger and more palatable, spraying hot tea to protect a person from being robbed, pranking their barbarian friend by turning their beer in to tea, helping a kind-hearted noble by makeing sure that their drink isn't poisoned, or just working with their entrepreneur friend to open a tea shop, two things always involved when it comes to tea leaf dragons, kindness and tea.
Tea leaf dragons can look like any type of dragon shrunk down to the size over a pseudodragon and covered in any color of tea leaves. Despite their appearance tea leaf dragons are true dragons but surprisingly no one knows which of the dragon gods made them.
Tea leaf dragons are very friendly and love to help others. They tend to also enjoy light-hearted pranks and jokes. But don't think just because of their small size and friendliness that they are weak. Quite a lot of magical animal smugglers and traders have found out the hard way that tea leaf dragons can pack quite the punch and are crafty. These people tend to end up covered in hot tea and knocked out as their stock of magical animals is freed by the tea leaf dragon.
Tea leaf dragons can willingly become a mage's familiar but the process is a bit different. First the tea leaf dragon and have to form a contract in which the mage acknowledges that the dragon is not the mage's property or pet and is instead their friend and partner. These contracts usually contain the terms of the agreement which if broken allow the party that didn't break them to end the contract or enlist a special clause which is only for emergencies. Once this is done a modified version of the find familiar spell can be cast with an assortment of magical herbs and the contract being used as material components as well as what the spell already requires. Once cast the tea leaf dragon becomes the mage's familiar with a few changes. The mage can't dismiss the tea leaf dragon. If the tea leaf dragon dies the mage must use find familiar to revive it on their next long or short rest. Finally the tea leaf dragon acts on its own initiative and is its own creature but can be told what to do.
