More information...

Tanner is a mortal who acscended to divinity throigh a spell meant to evolve him into "the Supreme Being". He inadvertantly absorbed the natural transmutation magic surrounding all life. It fractured his mind into dozens of pieces, but he has since regained most of himself, and currently only has seven personalities: Tanner (CN), Cold (N), Beast (N), Red Death (NE), Trickery (NE), Gallant (LG) and Life (NG). They are collectively known as Tanner, while the personality Tanner is known as the Scientist.

Dogma[edit]

Tanner's dogma includes: furthering evolution in your self and others, survival of the fittest, pack survival, furthering of life, destruction of undead, and helping bloodlines progress. The good clerics typically help others survive over themselves, while the evil ones keep survival of the fittest as their prime concern.

Clergy and Temples[edit]

Tanner's clergy normally is proud with their symbols of butterflies, and their butterfly and purple spider motifs on their clothing. Their temples, while rare, look more like zoos or wildlife preserve than temples, and their living quarters look like laboratories. Among Tanner's laity, you are likely to find philanderers, playboys, the occasional paladin, egoists and transmuters. Even though Tanner is a CN deity, the Gallant aspect (white butterfly) is known to have paladins worship him.
