Talk:War Soul (3.5e Prestige Class)

Is it alright?[edit]
Any ideas for rating, or in general? I am open to discussing changes on the class here ^^ --Seraphim Rush 00:31, 2 May 2007 (MDT)
- Move the armor to earlier in the class. It is a central feature of the class, not a capstone. Let the armor and shield develop as the class advances. The shield can advance to a swift action, and maybe even to an immediate action. The class may be able to reinforce existing armor and shield, rather than generating new ones. Do you want any armor properties? Do you want fortification or other armor enhancements?
- If this power makes existing armor and shields better, then the player has good reason to put wealth into armor and shields. That helps solve the "free armor" wealth issue.
- All in all, I'd give this class a nice rating for clear writing and reasonable balance. I'd like to see you take the class further. I think that you are being too balanced. Think about the level of the character and the rewards that this character is getting. Make them comperable.--Dmilewski 06:57, 7 May 2007 (MDT)
- I was thinking to be balanced... Though I didn't quite take that perspective. I think I will have the class advance as it levels, because the idea is to get free armour, which is why I didn't want to make it too overpowered. --Seraphim Rush 22:28, 7 May 2007 (MDT)
