So since you didn't bother to change basically ANYTHING when you copied and pasted my class (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=228402) could you at least give me credit?

Well technically you are using an older version since I rebalanced it a while back but still, kind of a dick move whoever made this.

Geez, that is basically a direct rip. If you're happy to let this stay here with credit to you for basically 99% of the basis to this class, it would be released on the GNU Free Documentation License 1.3. I've put credit to you in the article for now, if you don't want this article's content to be under that license, I'll delete it for you, as submission of this article clearly contradicts Dandwiki policy. Up to you. --SgtLion (talk) 13:26, 3 December 2013 (MST)

I don't mind that it's here and I would of been fine if the original poster just asked me. You can keep it up here no problems. The more people that can use it the better :P. I just dislike blatant plagiarism. -Silva Stormrage

Alright, I admire your attitude. It's kinda against policy, but I'll leave the credit there 'til (and if) someone decides to make large differences to it. --SgtLion (talk) 14:12, 10 December 2013 (MST)

Change of mind regarding this class[edit]

Hello again this is Silva Stormrage, as I have been constantly re editing my original version of this class I figured I would check in on this to remind myself what my old version looked like.

I was originally fine with this class being up here as it's free content and frankly more people using it the better. However, it somewhat hurts my pride as 1) I have updated the class quite a bit from the early stages and 2) The original editor and a few others have been making quite a few dramatically unbalanced edits and alterations to the abilities. (Mindrape a 9th level spell as a 5th level spell?). Enticing Madness? An at will SoD that can't be resisted and is super sloppy written? Adjustments to shedding your skin which breaks the ability and removes it's only weakness? Changing the class from charisma to int based and utterly breaking the alchemical items?

I am not 100% sure on the procedure on this site but I think at this point I would rather this page just be removed since it is even with the edits and alterations both myself and others have made to this class it is still a blatant plagiarism of my class. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Silva Stormrage (talkcontribs) . Hi Silva, thanks for reaching out to talk about this, again. I agree that this class has gone real wonky. The balance is way off and it makes no sense. (As an aside, your mention of the spells meant I also noticed and deleted masses of articles created by the same user that infringed copyright on all sorts). In its current state, this article is neither balanced, nor playable, really - so as it currently stands, we'll either revert this to an earlier, balanced version and protect it from IP edits, or propose to delete it altogether (probably the latter).
However, I'm a personal fan of your maintained version of the class, it is real good! If you'd be willing, we can replace this article with your actually balanced, updated version of it. Then we can stick a protection template on it to prevent it from being edited by any users, so that it can't be consistently unbalanced and skewed. This means the article actually stays true, and people can enjoy your balanced form of it. I (or another admin) will then help if it does turn out there is some important edit that needs to be made, in the future. What do you think? --SgtLion (talk) 06:32, 25 November 2017 (MST)
Having my updated version on this site would be 100% approved by me. Feel free to do so as I am not particularly familiar with the rules for editing/updating pages on this site. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Silva Stormrage (talkcontribs) . Please sign your posts.
Great! I'll update the page later this week and then slap protection on it. --SgtLion (talk) 02:11, 26 November 2017 (MST)
I guess by later this week I meant 'now'. That should be good 'n' done. --SgtLion (talk) 03:10, 26 November 2017 (MST)
