Just for kicks, Imma try to fix this up. To get around the "cha based penalties are no-no" issue, the flaw/trait should give you a forced behavior. Essentially, you /must/ make a will save in order to express positive feelings; on failure you must deny said feelings. In addition, -4 on bluff checks.
