Defeating Tiamat is a great task to complete. Once you have completed this task however there are not very many prizes. Collecting her hoard can bring great fortune to the party but money isn't the most desired prize is the typical party, power is the most sought out reward that players go for. Whether this be through the greatness of there weapons or there position in the fantastical politics. Hide armor is the most worthless armor unless you actually use good material such as Dragon Hide armor which CAN be better that most medium armor. Tiamat could make very good armor for a party seeking power.
