I take issue with this hazard since it seems like the 4e skill challenge approach of having to make many hard checks and has little in the way of interacting with it, except either by rolling for something you don't necessarily have proficiency in or outright cheating. In addition, it grants a static bonus as a permanent reward, in contrast to 5e design philosophy. However, i don't have any idea how to improve on this item and what templates to apply.--Doctor Dee (talk) 01:11, 23 February 2019 (MST)

I'm not gonna lie, it's pretty much solely for the reference and the comedy of it; I plan on using it only as a shortcut, and not even one that makes that much difference. The bonus is just a reward for playing along with the joke. (Hopefully anybody in the party knows TPP. :|) Knowlessman (talk) 20:38, 29 March 2019 (MDT)
I think i get that. So if it is a joke, how about adding the april fools template? I think this would align with your intent while making clear it is not designed to be an obstacle for a "normal" (whatever this is supposed to be) game. --Kara (talk) 11:47, 1 April 2019 (MDT)
