Oh, you can't have a "at higher levels" with a level 0 spell, since it doesn't use spell slots. If you want it to be a cantrip, have a look at some of the other cantrips in the PHB to see how they work. Marasmusine (talk) 05:40, 18 July 2016 (MDT)
