If this took an action to cast, I'd say this spell is perfect. It's a fun take on "I do damage to one target" spell.
But since it's a bonus action to cast... I'm not so sure. As a point of comparison, banishing smite is a 5th level paladin spell cast as a bonus action. It only adds 5d10 force damage on a hit, and it doesn't come with a free misty step. - Guy 23:40, 9 August 2024 (MDT)
