Awesome subclass, but some critiques[edit]

Dude, I love how this subclass is more support based than other rangers, but I do have some recommendations. (1)Make the commands scale with levels or (2) do a thing like spending more command points to upgrades the commands, such as Ex. 1 “Improvise!” Bonus 1d8 when using improvised weapons. At 10th level the target of the command can add your wisdom modifier to their damage rolls. Ex. 2 Quiet: Increase Dexterity Stealth rolls by one. you can spend 2 more command points to add your dexterity modifier instead. , and I think the 15th level feature is very weak. 15th level just gives you access to more commands that aren't that well. I don't mean to ruin your ideas, or even replace stuff with my crappy ideas, but please look into what I said.

P.S. this also might be much, but if you made this into a revised ranger conclave, and give your subclass a 5th level feature, that would be cool.

Watching the levels in what this class gain its features, i came to the conclusion that this is a fighter subclass, not a ranger one (but would be dope to see a ranger conclave for commanders, to play basically aragorn).

I've tried to describe the mechanics of the command feature closest as possible of what the creator intended, but i think that the commands should have variable duration and require different action economy. Some commands work better as reactions, other as a bonus action. Anastacio (talk) 15:21, 9 May 2020 (MDT)
