Why not make the duration 'Instantaneous'? Its description could be simply, "Your fists transmute into hard stone until the end of your turn. As part of casting this spell, you can make a melee spell attack which deals 1d6 bludgeoning damage on a hit" plus the damage scaling blurb. It's a cantrip, so you can cast it as an action every turn anyway. — Guy (talk | edits) 09:55, 6 March 2017 (UTC)
