Concentration[edit]

Regarding the recent edit, I don't think this spell should require concentration. The similar spells speak with plants and speak with animals have a similar 10 minute duration without concentration. - Guy (talk) 04:23, 14 August 2017 (MDT)

Spell level[edit]

This feels much too weak to be a 6th level spell. I mean, all it does is let you speak with stones. I know stones are pretty much everywhere, but what information would a bit of rock even grant you? What does it perceive? AngelicBahamut (talk) 04:35, 14 August 2017 (MDT)

I agree that it should probably be a lower level. I can think of some instances were speaking with stones is more useful than plants or animals. You can use this spell to speak with a weapon or armor directly, and unlike animals/plants stones are presumably immortal and would be able to give information on ancient events. So, perhaps higher than the 3rd-level spell speak with plants, but not in the once-per-day category of 6th and above. I personally think this could be a 4th-level spell. - Guy (talk) 04:41, 14 August 2017 (MDT)
I agree also. Should the change be made then? SirSprinkles (talk) 04:52, 14 August 2017 (MDT)
