From D&D Wiki

This page needs to be deleated as i have never given permission for the use of my name to D&D Wiki in association with my Open Gaming Content (the OGL requires a seperate agreement for you to do this)

"7. Use of Product Identity: You agree not to Use any Product Identity, including as an indication as to compatibility, except as expressly licensed in another, independent Agreement with the owner of each element of that Product Identity. You agree not to indicate compatibility or co-adaptability with any Trademark or Registered Trademark in conjunction with a work containing Open Game Content except as expressly licensed in another, independent Agreement with the owner of such Trademark or Registered Trademark. The use of any Product Identity in Open Game Content does not constitute a challenge to the ownership of that Product Identity. The owner of any Product Identity used in Open Game Content shall retain all rights, title and interest in and to that Product Identity."

The Grand OGL Wiki has a separate independent agreement The D&D Wiki does not.

Ummm, this page never even existed until you just created it. So, you just created a page that didn't exist in order to tell us to delete it???   Hooper   talk    contribs    email   01:56, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
Do you mean that this page is comparable to the SRD:Beholder? As a side note could you please reference a creditable place which states this? --Green Dragon 03:34, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
Additionally, this is either OGC or it is Product Identity. It can't be both (someone else correct me if I'm wrong here).   Hooper   talk    contribs    email   03:38, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
As it presented on The Grand OGL Wiki, it seems that the phrase "Steve Russell Presents..." is comparable to the name of a publishing company, such as "Wizards of the Coast," "Mongoose Publishing," "Sean K Reynolds Games," and so on. —Sledged (talk) 17:18, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
