entry requirements are a bit light. I can qualify at level 3.
3 immediate complaints:
1. entry requirements are light. it's possible to qualify with no greater than 1 levels in each core class it is built from.
2. minor thematic hole.
3. the "Vestige Essentia Investment" ability isn't terribly clean, in terms of rules.
That said, I love the class.
