This really does not fit as a background at all, whether as named, nor as written. It has a really mechanical feature that steps into allowing straight-up necromancy, and is extremely limiting in even its character possibilities. This seems like something designed for only a specific campaign, as many games don't even allow Tiny characters. Regardless, this is less a background and more a race-composite class, if anything.
