The problem i'm currently seeing in terms of balance with this class is that it seems you have merged the features of two subclasses (namely the Thief and the Assassin) from the rogue class + your specific shadow related features, and didn't took anything from the rogue core class to do so. Maybe you should remove the features that are mostly derivative, and stick with what it is unique to your class, the shadow/darkness related stuff. Do you need help with this?
