Overall, i like it. however, i think a few thing need a couple of clarifications. i believe the 'scary noises' feature needs a duration added for the shaken effect. the uproar ability, as it stands, is a free action usable and infinite number of times, meaning that one could use it until every opponent in range is panicked; you might want to make it a swift action to remedy this.
