Talk:Scarecrow (5e Race)
From D&D Wiki
Excuse me, I don't mean to be rude, but, this is plagiarized. From my private homebrew site. It's one of my older creations, so it's not even good, however that doesn't change the fact you stole it. While I'm fine with taking inspiration from my work, this is plagiarism entirely. --Blackbando (talk) 06:53, 30 October 2017 (MDT)
- If you provide us with a source to confirm this, the page can be deleted promptly :) --GamerAim (talk) 06:59, 30 October 2017 (MDT)
- Here's the original page. If you check the revision history, aside from some (very minor flavor) changes by the user earlier today, and another last month, the page hasn't been changed in about a year. Original Page--Blackbando (talk) 07:04, 30 October 2017 (MDT)
- You're welcome. I'm gonna check around the site to see if any other pages have plagiarized from me (though currently I doubt it). I've never googled my own site until today, and it pops up a lot more often than I expected.--Blackbando (talk) 07:56, 30 October 2017 (MDT)
Question: Wouldn't this creation get the ability, Glowing Head, like the Sunborn? After all, their eyes are constantly glowing, even if faintly.
- Ah, but the sun born has the intensity of a literal star (or at least a lesser light spell lol). For the scarecrow I think their glowing eyes are expressed through their darkvision. Therefore they have no trouble hiding in the dark like the sunborn. Also, as you can see, Fiddlesticks there doesn't need to have glowing eyes to be a scarecrow :)--Yanied (talk) 17:51, 8 November 2019 (MST)
