Metal Hedgehog

Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Constitution each increase by 1. You cannot increase an ability score above 20 with this feature. Your dexterity increases by 2, to a maximum of 20. Age. Because Robots are not organic beings in any way, shape, or form, they do not age. They are also immune to effects, magical or otherwise, that would cause them to age. Alignment. Robots are built for purposes given by their creator, and are mostly indifferent otherwise, thus leaning towards true neutral. Size. Makers of robots can typically build them to whatever size they please, however, they typically build them around 5 to 6 feet tall. (Medium) Speed. Your base walking speed is 40 feet. Standby Mode. As a machine, you do not need to eat, sleep, drink, or breathe to survive. You do, however, need to enter a state of temporary shutdown called, “Standby Mode” in order to gain the benefits of a short or long rest. At your GM's discretion, you may also need some alternative source of energy to stay active. Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice. Inorganic. You are immune to poison and disease, and cannot be put to sleep. Swift Reflexes. You gain proficiency in Acrobatics. Thruster Pack. You have a built-in thruster pack that allows you to fly. As a bonus action, you can grant yourself a flying speed equal to your movement speed until the end of your next turn. Starting at the 5th level, you gain a permanent flying speed equal to your movement speed. You cannot fly while wearing medium or heavy armor. Claw Fighter. Your claws are melee weapons with which you are proficient. You have two sets of claws, one in each hand. Each set of claws is a part of the light blade weapon group, deals 1d6 slashing damage, has a +3 proficiency bonus, and has the off-hand property. When you are holding an item in one of your hands, you cannot use the claws in that hand to attack.

Neo Form

Starting at level 10, you can assume a Neo form. You are far more powerful than your former self and have new abilities. If you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you revert back to your previous form with 1 HP. If you are stabilized, you cannot return to your Neo form until you enter Standby Mode for at least 8 hours. You can assume your Neo form once a day and cannot assume it again until you enter Standby Mode for at least 8 hours. At level 15, you are indefinitely changed into your Neo form. Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution, Strength, and Wisdom all increase by 2 to a maximum of 20. Hardened Chasis. Your HP maximum increases by 5. Your AC increases by 2. Superior Thrusters. Your flying speed is doubled. You may now also fly wearing Medium armor. Superior Claws. Your claws now deal 3d6 slashing damage instead of 1d6. Data Copy. If you fight a creature that can use magic from level 3 to level 7, you can learn one spell from their spell list. Overdrive. You can cast any Evocation spell, regardless of class, level, or type, and do not need materials or preparation of any sort.
