Regaining Uses[edit]
As magic items are powerful in their own right and do not draw power from user, uses are typically regained at a time of day, not on a rest. If there was something in the lore I missed I apologize, but as it stands, it doesn’t really fit with the rest of 5e standards. -Ref3rence (talk) 10:01, 13 December 2019 (MST)

I had completely missed that, my bad! I would say that the previous rest-based regain would be much better than the current version, however, as nothing is keeping someone from simply carrying around a torch for a 1st level cantrip. -Ref3rence (talk) 12:15, 13 December 2019 (MST)
