Essence Theft - it's trivial to cast damaging cantrips repeatedly gain charges quickly? Marasmusine (talk) 16:55, 7 January 2016 (MST)

I agree. This feat makes cantrips some of the most useful spells in the game. --Kydo (talk) 23:12, 8 January 2016 (MST)

What makes passive feats different from normal feats, aside from a few being just a touch unstable? --Kydo (talk) 23:12, 8 January 2016 (MST)

No, seriously, what differentiates passive feats from normal feats? All feats are already fundamentally passive! I don't understand how this is a variant rule. Should this not just be broken up into the feats category? Also, the limit based on your proficiency can never be reached, so it is not a restriction! At most you can have 6 feats by level 20! --Kydo (talk)
Yeah, I agree. These "passive feats" make very little sense overall. They seem to be modeled after 3.5 feats, and seem to vary wildly in terms of balance and flow of gameplay. Like the Trample feat that forces a saving throw EVERY time the user makes an attack. Carcabob (talk) 21:35, 4 November 2016 (MDT)
None of these feats have a functional distinction from regular feats.
Almost any one of these feats seems to {{needsbalance}}.
I'll go ahead and throw up the templates... again. - Guy 08:51, 14 December 2019 (MST)
