With regards "goblin interest", you might like to take a look at 4e Racial Traits (4e Guideline)#Skills_and_Proficiencies for alternatives. Flat racial bonuses beyond the two normally given won't break the game, but it's a bit inelegant. Marasmusine (talk) 01:34, 21 May 2012 (MDT)
