Talk:Pseudohydra (5e Creature)
From D&D Wiki
Is there a reason it doesn't add its Dexmod to AC? Its AC is actually lower than it would be without its natural armor screwing things up; kind of a raw deal, IMO. Does this happen very often in the MM? :/ Knowlessman (talk) 12:58, 9 June 2016 (MDT)
- I don't think it happens at all, from memory. Every creature's natural AC includes their Dex mod. So this creature should have an AC of 15. SirSprinkles (talk) 15:08, 21 August 2016 (MDT)
Also, the Perception skill and passive Perception are wrong. Passive Perception equals 10 + Wisdom (Perception), or just Wisdom if the creature doesn't have proficiency, and Perception should be 0 (Wis mod) plus proficiency modifier (2 in this case), or double if the creature is especially good at the skill (or 4). There also isn't much in the way of description. Just that you should be able to tame it and that it's basically a little hydra. SirSprinkles (talk) 17:24, 21 August 2016 (MDT)
- Due to the fact that there is a somewhat of a dilemma with this creature, would anyone mind if I fix few of the number and traits that it has so that it can be more usable. If any do mind please do tell so that I don't interfere with you guys. Azernath (talk) 21:16, 22 August 2016 (MDT)
- Well, seeing as the creator, AdamEternal hasn't made any contributions from that account since February, I assume they won't mind. SirSprinkles (talk) 21:57, 22 August 2016 (MDT)
