I don't think this fits its mantle of CR 50. It's sorely lacking in raw dpr, only around an offensive CR of 31, and a defensive cr of around CR 46, maybe. So it's actual CR is around 38-39. Its stats would have to increase massively to be on par with the average cr 50 mythic monster.

Yes. They didn't help it break the threshold into Offensive CR 32, though they did help it increase its DPR.
