Talk:Marksmen of the Dark (3.5e Prestige Class)

Similarity[edit]
This is pretty similar to the "Hidden Archer" ... were they made by the same person? How does one tell? =/ --Othtim 17:04, 23 September 2007 (MDT)
- The way to see what changes have been made to a certain page is by way of the "History" tab. According to this pages history it was made by Arameas and this has only been edited by Arameas and I. The Hidden Archer, on the other hand, has been edited by quit a few people, however it has never been edited by Arameas. Therefore, I would come to the conclusion, that this page and the Hidden Archer have had no editors in common and just randomly alike. As a side comment, do you think they are so similar that one needs to be changed? --Green Dragon 18:55, 23 September 2007 (MDT)
- Not really. Marksmen of the Dark seems to focus on defensive abilities, and the Hidden Archer seems more offensive. Two cents. --Othtim 19:17, 23 September 2007 (MDT)
- Oh, okay. It's good to know that they do not need to be changed to accommodate each other. --Green Dragon 19:49, 23 September 2007 (MDT)
Blind Fight pointless feat for build[edit]
With Blind Fight working only on melee attacks, using it as a pre-requisite for a ranged focused class, it seems to be a complete feat tax and nothing more. Would using something like Marksman or Far Shot be more reasonable options? Since this class has not be edited for a number of years would it be reasonable to add either of these as an option instead of Blind Fight. --Amdillae 03:10, 4 January 2016(MDT)
