Talk:Luminescent Blessing

Balance[edit]
In other words "You gain a +3 or +4 bonus to your weapon attack rolls and damage rolls," plus other benefits, at the cost of a mere bonus action at the start of the combat. To me this effect seems like it should be at least a 3rd-level spell, not a mere cantrip. After all, the 2nd-level spell magic weapon is arguably much weaker than this spell.
Speaking of which, paladins don't get cantrips. I would personally like to see this spell bumped up to 3rd or 4th level, though, at which point it would still be appropriate to exist on their spell list. At the moment I'm not sure if Danthemar (or anyone else concerned) would prefer to see this spell nerfed to an appropriate cantrip level instead, though. - Guy (talk) 06:05, 9 November 2017 (MST)
