Overpowered[edit]

I see a lot of potential in the class. But d12, all good saves, 3 bonus feat at first level, full bab and many other bonus feats/class feature. This class is clearly overpowered.--Lord Dhazriel 23:58, 23 September 2008 (MDT)

"Clearly" overpowered? Not really. You get a free bunch of crappy feats that you only otherwise take because you're forced to? Who cares? The best archers in the game (clerics) can't take this PrC because that would be stupid of them, and it doesn't make any other archer as good as a cleric, so I don't really care; the class is fine. I see d6, poor BAB, and saves which are wrong. o.o Did someone change this class from original a lot? By the way, archer but poor BAB? -- Eiji 12:27, 24 September 2008 (MDT)
Yes the version I talk in my earlier post is here [1].--Lord Dhazriel 13:31, 24 September 2008 (MDT)
Yeah, I'm still working on trying to get it somewhat balanced out with the other players that I normally play with. --Siddin Wolfsbane 21:24, 24 September 2008 (GMT)
Righto. Saves are still buggy, check out something like cleric to see how good and bad saves progress. If you're shooting for a "medium" save they usually do a bad save + Grace-esque class feature. -- Eiji 22:18, 25 September 2008 (MDT)
I think it's still extremely overpowered. One thing that should be changed is Blackened Sky 3 and Superior Training. The ability to shoot 80 arrows per round with this is slightly insane. I recommend granting Blackened Sky at a higher level than 4 and removing Blackened Sky 2 and 3. Superior Training should also likely be changed.

Rating[edit]

Power - 5/5 I give this class a 5 out of 5 because it has a low starting level if you choose a class such as fighter for your first three levels, the huge mass of archer feats give you a lot of abilities one would not have access to till a much higher level otherwise. --~~~~

Wording - 4/5 I give this class a 4 out of 5 because the wording can be a little vague, and links to the feats that are given would be helpful. --~~~~

Formatting - 4/5 I give this class a 4 out of 5 because the set up of abilities descriptions and interactions needs some work. --~~~~

Flavor - 5/5 I give this class a 5 out of 5 because having such a long range and power with a bow allows for a lot of new character options, think Robin Hood but without the moral guidelines. --~~~~
