Talk:Lightly Armored Fighter (3.5e Alternate Class Feature)
From D&D Wiki
Balance[edit]
Instead of limiting the choices of multiclassing, the abilities gained could be made only to function in light (or medium) armor. Also, losing two armor feats and gaining three weapon feats seems like way overkill. One or two weapon feats would be enough. 81.235.198.225 20:31, 6 March 2008 (MST)
- Tower shield is a separate feat. you lose 3 feats and gain 3. and since tower shields grant 50% concealment, I don't see as if this is such an unfair tradeoff. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.173.95.38 (talk • contribs) 13:14, 8 August 2008 (MDT). Please sign your posts.
- Well... first edit, so here I go... I think that is kind of overpowered, there's no limitation about the use of heavy armor, I could just take the feat with the level 1 fighter feat. Also, I agree with the first edit, about It making the feats function only in light armor... I also would get rid of the Medium Armor Proficiency, it's a freaking LIGHTLY ARMORED Fighter... there are many advantages from this variant, every buil that I do with it is either a fast 'prestige-class-prerequisite-filler or way to powerful. I'm not against the three weapon feats, but without the armor restrictions is too much, also I would do the "sugested limitation" about taking multiclass a full limitation

Fleet????[edit]
What feat is 'Fleet' does it mean "Fleet of foot". If so can somebody edit it and add I hyperlink. Also can someone hyperlink Reckless Offense because I forgot how to. Whoops.
Considering the lack of a free Run feat as is the pre-req for Fleet of Foot, I think it may have meant the Pathfinder Fleet feat which is SRD Dash feat +5 speed when in light or no armor.
