It sprouted from a dream, it doesn't need to have a live version. I can also imagine a corpse going through a freakish transformation into this thing, too. Ghouls come to be the same way. Maybe it's naturally born from corpses of people who intentionally traumatized children? That'd make sense in context. Dozen (talk) 11:45, 18 July 2012 (MDT)
