Talk:Jotenheim Campaign (5e Quest)

I have designated the Jotenheim Campaign as a Level 20 Category, and when I'm logged in, I see it showing up as a Level 20 Quest. However, if I'm not logged in, it only shows up under "Quests without an improving, reviewing, or removing template present." I've logged in & out several times over the last couple of days and this behavior seems to be consistent. As far as I can tell, it doesn't matter whether I'm logged in or out when viewing other authors' quests; they show up under the correct Level heading if they are categorized that way. Do other users observe this if logged in/out? Can it be fixed so that it always appears as a Level 20 quest?
