Although this spell is otherwise balanced I think, I'm not sure about the At Higher Levels effects. They seem only tangently to the main purpose of the spell, and "+1 magic item" doesn't inherently mean anything in 5e. I think this should go without saying, getting to create permanent magic items of high rarity every day, practically for free, shouldn't be a thing. - Guy (talk) 04:14, 8 May 2017 (UTC)
