Uh. Granted my balance in 3.5e is a bit rusty, but even if this requires ECL 20, isn't this insanely overpowered? For a melee character, it's a +5 bonus to all attack and damage rolls for the price of a single feat—plus other gains on top of that. - Guy (talk) 15:40, 2 June 2018 (MDT)
