Talk:Greater Ring Gates (3.5e equipment)

I changed the template to needsbalance since that's the one used for pages that haven't been balanced yet. For what it's worth, I would probably consider this an epic wondrous item (compare gate key) which would need Craft Epic Wondrous Item, or alternatively an artifact, since being able to craft these could have rather dramatic consequences on the campaign setting.
