I'd say Intelligence or Charisma rather than one or the other; this feat is equally useful to any class controlling undead, and most UD controlling classes are one or the other. --Rakankou 12:33, 29 May 2008 (MDT)

The ratings are actually done through the NBoF, which is separate from D&D Wiki. You would have to submit your feat to them for review. Hope this helps. --Green Dragon 22:47, 3 June 2008 (MDT)
