Sorry for the delay, I was kinda confused for a second. The table only has you gaining them at 7th, 24th, and 40th, and the feature itself states that at 40th, you get your 3rd, getting one additional at 24th. I'm willing to bet I just accidentally left in some old wording from an earlier draft regarding the one at 15th, sorry about that.
