Balance[edit]
This is stronger than other 1st party feats. You gain:
- a skill, most likely double proficiency with said score
- a cantrip
- 2 invocations
In addition, prerequisites for ability scores are odd number to incentivize those scores since the modifier doesn't increase on odd scores.
I'd compare this feat to other ones granting a cantrip. Invocations are great for warlocks and getting two, despite roleplaying drawbacks, is a steal! ~ BigShotFancyMan (talk) 08:15, 15 January 2019 (MST)
I've made some changes, took away the skill bonus and the cantrips (although I think the skill bonus was kind of essential to the identity of this feat... how do you think I should handle the Arcana bonus? maybe advantage?) Anyway, what do you think of this version? Starless (talk) 16:02, 16 January 2019 (MST)
- So to summarize:
- disadvantage on wisdom skills/saves during rest
- gain an invocation
- add ritual spell when you gain a spell slot
Doesn't seem too bad and I think you could add a skill proficiency or circumstantial advantage. ~ BigShotFancyMan (talk) 06:22, 17 January 2019 (MST)
- Would you post an updated list of issues with the Feat, so I can try to balance it? Thanks for helping! Starless (talk) 22:01, 19 January 2019 (MST)
- The part below "so to summarize" listed the lack of issues I see with it. ~ BigShotFancyMan (talk) 22:06, 19 January 2019 (MST)
