What does it mean to "vanquish an enemy?" Can I go into a field of sheep and kill 10 to immediately crit on my first attack in the next combat encounter? SirSprinkles (talk) 13:23, 31 January 2017 (MST)

Here's another: Instant Karma 1) "Once per encounter" isn't a 5e thing. 2) Instead of saying "This excludes magical damage.", just say that it can deflect the damage of a weapon attack. 3) You need to say what is happening in terms of D&D mechanics, "deflect the damage" isn't a thing. It should clearly state what the trigger, action and effect is.

The whole thing should be something like "When you are hit by a weapon attack, you can use your reaction to take no damage from that attack. The creature that made the attack must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. It takes the full damage that would have been inflicted on you on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. You can use this feature again after 1 minute." Marasmusine (talk) 16:37, 31 January 2017 (MST)
