way too good[edit]
5 cp for something that gives a bonus to speed, ini and dex saves is ridiculous. Needs some kind of penalty and some restrictions.
Balance[edit]
This is balanced. Limitations =It doesn't say it can stack with itself, so it will always just be a +1 bonus AND it wears off with time 24 hours. Benefits this provides 5e with a money sink.
