Talk:Dwarf-Hog (5e Race)

This might be nitpicking, but I think the race would be improved if the subraces were balanced a little bit. One gets two useful skill proficiencies (on top of any from class and background), while the other gets one tool proficiency and a very narrowly-applied improvement to one skill.

I believe the best thing would be to be to combine the two traits of Meadow Runners into one: "You gain proficiency in your choice of the Animal Handling or Survival skill." This puts it on even keel with the other subrace I would say, and doesn't step on the toes of backgrounds and classes that might also offer these skills. - Guy (talk) 13:13, 27 April 2017 (UTC)
