Is warcry activated as a bonus action? An action?

Also, generally a magic item which emulates a specific feature of another class (especially something as fundamental as rage) is generally frowned upon; in many campaigns it would just make the barbarian and its core mechanic less important. I think this item would be a little bit better without warcry, but still powerful enough. - Guy (talk) 04:16, 24 April 2017 (UTC)
