I like this spell, but I think it might be better suited to a lower level. At most 4th, if not outright 2nd. After all it only affects a minority of spells—most if not all of which are 3rd level or lower—and a typical offensive spellcaster could switch to something else even if they didn't identify this spell as soon as it was cast. - Guy 12:29, 2 September 2018 (MDT)
