Alterations[edit]
I changed Spellcraft checks in this spell to Wisdom and Survival. This spell was designed to optimal for a Sorcerer/Wizard, not a ranger/druid. That made no sense. I altered the spell to work better for Druids and Rangers, and removed Sorcerer/Wizards from the spell, as this spell does not fit those classes. --Dmilewski 12:56, 25 February 2007 (MST)
Use existing rules![edit]
The description of this spell is much too complicated, there is already scent special ability, so you can cut down the spell description to "This spell grants you the Scent special ability while it is active." D&D can be so simple.
Oh, and the name of the spell is confusing. At first, I thought this spell gives you the ability to Detect whether some creature has Scent or not. --Mkill 07:03, 9 August 2007 (MDT)
