To me, this version seems like it would fit in better with 5e. Being able to silence anyone for a minute with every attack seems a bit broken, especially for a magic weapon of only uncommon rarity. - Guy 15:08, 24 September 2018 (MDT)
- I would have to agree, your revision of this item fixes many of this item's issues, though multiple uses of a 4th level spell would likely make this item rare as normally the maximum spell level for a uncommon item is 3rd. On another note, is there a reason why you have put the fixed up versions of a number of equipment pages with issues on talk pages without actually fixing the page itself?--Blobby383b (talk) 20:54, 29 September 2018 (MDT)
- True. Steal voice was intended to be a 3rd level spell, which would have qualified for uncommon rarity here, but when it became 4th I neglected to update this page.
- To answer your question: lately there has been some backlash over "fixing" a page less than 24 hours after its creation. The approach I used here is perhaps not the best solution, but it still lets me provide a "fixed" version of the content without causing controversy. - Guy 10:44, 30 September 2018 (MDT)
