For spell overdrive I was specifically envisioning projectile spells (like firebolt or magic missile), and doubling their strength. Adding the level is not a bad idea I guess, but for spells that can target multiples like magic missile, I'll leave the "single target" part off. I specifically resisted giving them a trait for spellcasting because I wanted overdrive to take up a majority of the balance score. For the size category, I'm confused. Should they be Tiny? I was thinking they were like dwarven sized, which is Small.--Yanied (talk) 09:13, 22 August 2019 (MDT)

Yeah I see that but you give then a choice of cantrip then else it becomes a trait that relies on a player picking a certain class. As for the last bit, I meant for eating and drinking they should be treated as one size less because it is cleaner. —ConcealedLightChatmod.png (talk) 23:05, 22 August 2019 (MDT)
Oh ok, that's fine. I was always confused because where is the SRD about the correlation of sizes and intake of nourishment actually?--Yanied (talk) 07:00, 23 August 2019 (MDT)
It's a bit obscure and not really clear in the PHB as it only gives the requirements for Medium and Small creatures which it refers to as being for characters (Meaning WoTC doesn't consider Tiny and Large+ characters). Luckily, in the DMG on page 111, it has a helpful table for the size category to food and water requirement. So for a Tiny creature (or creatures considered Tiny in our case), it is 1/4 a pound/ gallon of food and water per day as opposed to 1. —ConcealedLightChatmod.png (talk) 00:08, 24 August 2019 (MDT)
Oh cool, I'll keep that in mind--Yanied (talk) 15:45, 24 August 2019 (MDT)
